Welcome to Guildford Borough Council's public engagement event for a proposed development of new local affordable homes. We're focussed on the delivery of new, modern, high quality affordable housing tailored to the location and needs of local residents'.
The Council owns the Manor House Flats on The Street, near Admiral Park. We’ve been looking at the land behind the flats to see if it’s suitable for building a small development of new affordable homes.

The closing date for the receipt of feedback is 11th April 2025.
We will consider all the comments received during this consultation, prior to submitting a planning application. Comments received after the closing date will be reviewed but may not be included in the Statement of Community Engagement report.
